Make each alert a useful one.

    Define one search

    Choose an Actor and only the query, location and arrangement filters its input schema supports.

  2. 02

    Keep a stable scope

    Where repeat suppression is supported, preserve one stable dedupe key for each search. Do not reuse a key across unrelated alerts.

  3. 03

    Check the run

    Inspect terminal status, the returned build, actual rows and the run summary where provided. An empty result can be correct.

  4. 04

    Connect your alert

    Format the original title, source and application link for your destination. Verify a delivery before enabling a recurring workflow.
